Default Any insight on this dresser?

Hi! I'm hoping someone here can help me. I was given this dresser by a realtor emptying a house, who knows I've recently begun refinishing furniture. I try to always figure out what I've got before I start tearing into it. Because it wasn't given by the previous owner - it was just left behind - I wasn't given any info. Here's what I can see so far:
    - dovetail joints, some look even some don't
    - drawers slide on wood rails with wooden casters. They have metal (possibly iron) drawers stops which have worn a significant groovesin the bottoms of the drawers.
    - it's been badly painted
    - the wood on the back is slats vs one sheet of plywood. And it appear very worn and aged there was a sticker or stamp there, you can see the ghost shadow of it.

Any insight anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated! I really just want to learn more about it. It helps me gain knowledge and I just find it fascinating! Thanks!!

Photos are not detailed enough for an assessment. Dovetails are hand-cut, that's all I can tell. Not fine furniture, but primitive country. I would have to see a much better photo set to really get into it, including shots of the interior that are well-lighted, and detailed. Not taken with a cell phone....
