The Heartbreaker I call this. Why? Its so heavy...approaching 350 lb with dual motorized recliners on the ends. This unit is right at the maximum that two strong men can lift and it physically wrecks my delivery guys. I have looked long and hard at how to make this modular in order to reduce the weight, but with a solid maple frame and as a wall hugger, there appears to be no way to do it and maintain the strength of the piece. You absolutely MUST have easy ingress/egress into your home and a 35" door opening with no obstacles to get this into your home, and no steps to speak of. Its not going down a staircase. Once you get it in the home, its delightfully comfortable and built like a tank. Don't call us to help you move it down the road though! CC nail trim, Mahogany Distressed wood.
