Default Hancock and Moore # 6107-3 Gunnison sofa in Equestrian Truffle

With L and C nail trim. Gimp is standard on this piece. I don't know H&M craftsmen get the leather so tight on the arm and side panels but they do. That is very hard to pull them this tight....very hard.

    Hi, Duane and Forum Members.

Are there two different nails on that Gunnison sofa? For the life of me, I see only one type.

I am considering using the L-Natural nail on the 5592 Topeka Sofa (Capri Tobacco) and a pair of 8352 Raleigh Wing Chairs with the 052 Chippendale Ottoman (Hyde Park Tan, lightly burnished). What say you?

    Thanks,
    TXCajun

I'm with you, TxCajun. I have a hard time seeing two different nails as well. Those nails are very similar with the C nail appearing to be slightly larger, but it's tough to see in the picture. Unfortunately, that sofa is no longer in the H&M line, so a different picture from their web site is unavailable.

Thanks, Kyracer57. Good to know I'm not the only one.

Is the C nail the larger partner to the L-Natural smaller nail? On the pair of Raleigh wing chairs I'm about to order, I want to do a bottom gimp with a bit larger nail, while using the smaller L-Natural nail for the arms, wings, and back. To my untrained eye, when looking at the H&M nail options photos, it appears that the C nail is the match. Thank goodness for this forum. Without it, there's no telling what sort of monster I'd create!
