Has anyone had any experience with USA Premium Leather? I went to a store that carried it and it looked pretty nice. They say the sofas have 8 way hand tied coil spring and 100 percent leather all over. Price was pretty good.
There's a good thread about it here, from a few years ago: http://www.myfurnitureforum.com/show...remium-Leather

I don't know if things have changed since

I found the description of their cushions to be interesting. Not familiar with this " Individually muslin wrapped coils nestled in each seat cushion for coil on coil comfort and longevity". Duane are you familiar with this type of cushion construction?
Sounds like what is known as a Marshall unit core. Pretty standard for fabric, not uses so much in leather.

The picture on their web site showing a worker and a wood frame depicts plenty of plywood in the frame, FWIW.

Fairly typical mid-price point construction, notice the hand-tied strings are looped, not knotted (takes more time to stop and knot, but the knot makes it more secure). Lots of unsanded wood, lots of staples, no corner blocks or dowels in the joinery.
