Sound's rather involved to me! From Pam at Leather Solutions, leather restoration specialist:

You will need to do a deep clean on this cushion. If you don't want to do it you can send it to us to do. In doing the deep cleaning there is no guarantee the stain will come out. However, it will remove any of the acids and salts from the urine that will deteriorate, over time, the leather if not removed. You must follow these directions exactly.

Get a 5 gallon bucket of water and fill it with warm water and leather cleaner. Place the cushions in the water and put a stick or something in the water that will hold the cushions under the water. The cushions have to stay completely under the water for 24 hours. If you don't hold them under with something they will float to the top and create another ring.

After 24 hours, put them in the washing machine on rinse and spin. When it stops take the back of a chair, as high as you can find, and put it up into the cushions to hand on the chair. If the chair has a round or square head on it make sure only the fabric portion sits on it as it will indent that into the leather as it hangs.

Let the cushions hang dry until they are 100% dry. Check along the corners and zipper to be sure it is completely dry. This might take 2-3 days.

Put the dried cushion into the dryer on air fluff for 20 min. When done put it back onto the foam. If the stain came out great. If it didn't at least you have all the bad stuff out.

If the stain is still visible send me a photo of it so I can see if restoring color to the cushion will help hide it.
