Too Picky?

I have just received a H&M lounger Document tobacco. There is a dark spot on the cushion that is really starting to bother me. I pointed it out when they delivered it they said that is the way it is? It looks like a mole on the cushion here are the pictures, Is that just the way it is you get dark spots like that it just does not look like that any where else on the piece.
