    Sorry to change the subject....did you ever find a replacement for the gas cylinder used on your recliner...Verin CH-9442 BERNECK?. I need one

    I have the Hancock and Moore struts in stock, but they are made by SHS out of Korea.

    drcollie, I'm very happy to have found this site. I also need the Verin CH-9442 Berneck strut for my Hancock and Moore chair. Do you still have them in stock?

    Yes , we have the struts in stock, just call th3 store to order.

    drcollie, thanks for the strut. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately my strut attachment hardware has been misplaced. Do you have a picture of the strut assembled on the chair? Do you sell the hardware? Especially the piece that attaches the cable to the strut. Thanks

    Sorry, I don’t have a parts diagram or any replacement parts except the struts themselves. Your best bet at this point would be to call the manufacturer of the chair with the model number and see if they can get that for you. Might be difficult and require a lot of telephone work back and forth as that’s not a common part. They in turn may have to go to the supplier they use and often that winds up getting lost as a request due to everyone being short staffed these days. Good luck
