    Default This was challenging....

One of my prior customers in Canada wants to set this room in the basement up as a cozy, bed-like area where they can really stretch out to watch TV and sit around the stove in the winter, where it gets really cold. The large TV is out of the picture but is at the opposite side of the room, behind the camera/ The room is hard to work with because the stove is in the way and we can't get too close to it, plus the doors are only 32" to the basement which severely limits the pieces we can use. When you have smaller doorways its best to build things in sections. As they are a prior Hancock and Moore customer, they want to stay with top quality so I elected to use the Your Way units, then come in with a pair of custom "Bumper" ottomans that will nest up to the corners to create that "bed-like" area they would like.

This is what I do at 11 p.m. at night instead of watching TV! (Note that I don't do these kind of drawings and schematics for first-time customer inquiries because they take a lot of time and effort. I only do them for established clients that have made prior purchases).

    Hi Dr. Collie,

I saw a prior post of yours from 2018 about the Hancock and Moore pricing.

I am looking to see how much you think the couch which is in the image below would cost?

    Your help is very appreciated.
