I've been reading through the forum for a bit and am looking at getting a U-Shaped low profile sectional. Of the more commonly suggested furniture makers, I haven't seen a design that really meets my aesthetic desire. I recently read about https://benchmademodern.com/ which had good reviews, but given their price point is in the mid-range I worry about the quality issues often cited about other brands here.

Given Benchmade Modern is online only, I was wondering if anyone has used them and can comment on their build quality? I'm looking at a sectional like this:
