My Main computer was having issues with memory @ 8 gb, so I decided to put in 32 gb and that's no big deal, right? 10 minutes in a i-Mac desktop, 15 minutes in a PC box, done it plenty of times. I have a curved HP 32" Envy on my desk at the store, a sleek all-in-one. Did HP put an access door in the back so you could get to the memory? No, of course not. You have to take apart the whole computer including removing the screen, and the memory is on the backside of the Motherboard. Lots of wires to disconnect and reconnect. Took me three hours! What a bad design. Any more All-in-Ones, I'm going back to Apple products.
