The Emilio Sofa and Sleek High Back Office Chairs have arrived!
The Emilio is in Gaucho Mocha Burnished Leather with Ultra Down Seats, Mahogany Distress Finish, and Black Pearl Nail trim and is stunning in person. It's a very large sofa, Duane sat on the left side and I sat in the middle and we had at least of foot of space in between us! Could easily sit four people and avoid knocking elbows. Has a very comfortable seat, provides good lumbar support and you do not "sink" too far back.
The Sleek High Back office chairs are exactly what the name implies, sleek. Their thin design will fit seamlessly into any modern home office and the arms are upholstered, adding a touch of sophistication. The seat height, spring, and tilt are all adjustable. We have two in Nirvana Ebony and one in Nirvana Cloud.
All pieces are available for pick up and local delivery or self-arranged shipping.

The good floor stock is really turning over huh?
Yes, it worries me. Another sofa went off the floor today at 4 p.m. I have no replacements due in until early February - guess we will have an empty showroom before too long. Calling around, none of my suppliers have any overstock. What a strange time we live in.

I was at the Toyta dealer yesterday having an oil change. ZERO new cars on the lot. They do have some new trucks but not a single new car or SUV in any model. They have some incoming but they have been selling them before they ever hit the lot. They do have a small number of certified used. They always have a few cars in the showroom. Right now nothing but desks and chairs. They seem to have kept all the sales people employed somehow, but wow, talk about lack of inventory! I hope this all shakes out in the not too distant future. I also hope you never get to the point they have. Have you thought at all about whether you would ever stop selling your floor model and go to orders only if it came to that so you wouldn't end up with an empty showroom?
Not at all. If the showroom, gets empty enough, I can finally paint the place and install a new floor downstairs! Everything is 1986, but there is always too much product to do a facelift.
