Just arrived today, these are the new leathers from Hancock and Moore. Quite a mix of high end and entry level. There are some REALLY NICE upper grade leathers in this group as well as a few South American cheapie anilines that I'm not too crazy about, but people will buy anyways because they are Grade 1. You can easily tell the difference between a nice Italian Pull-up leather and the swing-and-a-miss ones from Argentina. Those South American cows are just beat up.....harsh environment there, which is why they are GR 1.

And here are the two stars of the new batch. Bogs Ocean (GR 4) was the top-selling leather at the October Market in the blue, and of course you would not do an entire sofa in it, but use it for accent leathers, side panels, pillows etc, or an entire chair. Blues are back! The other leather is silver-gray and called Carver Ash (GR 6) out of Germany, featuring a full top grain, super smooth vacuumed-dried finish. Stunning.
