We had a customer who ordered a H&M # 8876-77 Chesterfield Sofa in GR 5 Palma Spice (a new leather from Moore & Giles) on July 27th, 2021. The piece is just finishing completion and will be ready to ship middle of May. Sometimes people's lives change and they cancel their order, and such is the case with this sofa.

This piece can be purchased with shipment next month for $ 7,217. That is the price in July 2021. Current price to order is $ 8,707 plus delivery fees. That's $ 1,490 in savings for what will be an incredible piece that you can get quickly rather than wait until 2023 for one. Palma Spice is not on the website at H&M yet, but I did take a photo of the piece at the factory a year ago that was being made custom for another customer in this leather. Wood finish is Mahogany Distress, nail trim is currently BP but that can still be changed as of now.
