Default Your SUV is not a furniture hauler

We load so much furniture into SUV's and short bed pickups (that never seem to have a clean bed) and most of the time it doesn't work out well. I do not understand the mind set that "This is what I bought this for, it will work". I cringe when we load a $ 4,000 chair into a vehicle that is not designed for it, and doesn't fit well. Sometimes pieces are damaged, too. And long sofas? No.....no....I mean, you paid for it, if you insist, but I'm telling you I've been doing this for 36 years now, its a bad idea.

Get one of these. This is at my local Home Depot. $ 15 for the first hour. This is the right tool for the job, your furniture is covered and out of the weather, rides flat on the floor, and can be safely tied in. Be smart!
