Recently I had a delivery truck show up with (16) pieces of furniture, mostly sofas. The Keeping Room doesn't have a loading dock, so all goes to ground and then hand-dollied into a single bay storage facility we rent that is basically an oversized 1-car garage. I was struggling with a 30-year-old hand truck on a big Hancock and Moore sofa, one that was all bent and small and had been run over by the trucks at least twice over the years. He said "Here, try this", and he handed me his U-Line Hand Truck he had in the back of his truck. Well, it was like night and day, the piece was at least 30% easier to move. So even though I'm pretty fiscally conservative, I decided to buy the same exact hand truck for $ 205.00 from U-Line and I'm like a kid with a new bicycle, this just changes the way I can work and makes my effort easier, and less hazardous due to the high neck and long plate.
