The Perfect Hot Dog?
In the Quest for the Perfect Hot Dog - I may have found it.
This is a Wagu Beef Hot Dog from Snake River Farms in Boise, Idaho and the bun is a Split Top Brioche Lobster Roll. Grilled to perfection on my backyard Weber grille, the casing has a slight "snap" to it when you bite into it, and the flavor is superior to anything I have ever had before.
It's the little things in life that are fun.....
