    Default HELP!

    Hi guys,

I finally figured out how to create new post. We just purchased a Lane sofa and loveseat at Carol house Furniture in st. Louis. We liked the look, and the sales rep convinced us that Lane was a great company. Not when I went online! Could you please help me...is this a good couch? It says made in North America, but I don't know what that means! http://www.lanefurniture.com/Furnitu...Sectional.aspx
We ended up paying about $1500 for both couches. Is there something better that looks similar that we can get at that price. They are delivering Friday and will charge a 5% restocking fee, but I would rather do that than have bad furniture...should we look at other companies? Where do I start?

Thank you so so so much for all your help,

    Adiel

    Hey,

I know I am just replying to myself anybody?

So I read all around the site and noticed people saying Lane made in China is bad but Lane made in USA is good. Is there any way to know? Is Flexsteel better than Lane? Anything in that price range that is better quality?

    Thanks!

It's nice to support American workers, but $1500 for a sectional is going to be lower end quality no matter who makes it...especially reclining sofas.
You'll likely need to double your budget to get something of quality.

If you can increase your budget and live with a sofa/loveseat combo instead, these pieces are much better quality and the best price you'll likely get for great quality:

*Scroll down thread for options and send a private message to Duane (drcollie) for pricing*

Other route is to look for gently used furniture on Craigslist if your budget is limited.
    Good Luck!
