I am new to this forum and would like to say thank you for all the information you put out. I feel like it has me pointed in the right direction at least. At this point the only things I know are what I have learned here and what feels good when I sit in it.
I found a local dealer that has the 3027 with the 9821-85. BY's website says this is a aniline plus in their married leather. Do you have any thoughts on the quality of this piece? They had one other piece in a finished leather. It was the 5005 with 9827-89. There was a $500 difference between the two. Is this simply from the quality of leather and is this normal for two different married pieces?
# 9821 is a Semi-Aniline, and its an OK leather. I'm not wild about it, but neither am I down on it. The # 3027 series is no longer in the married cover program so perhaps they had a markdown on it to clear it off the floor?
5005 in leather 9827 I sell for $ 1,014 before delivery fees.

The 3027 was $500 more than the 5005 in the store I was at so I am not sure that is the case unless it was significantly more expensive to begin with. Is there that much of a price difference between two different married covers? Is there currently a married cover that you recommend?
I don't have the program cost details on the obsolete married cover program items as I don't keep them once the program changes (lest I pick up an out of date price list). Best I can do is give you prices in GR 1 on both frames. This is NOT a married cover on either, but off the Bentley Place leather groups.
The 3027 in a GR 1 is $ 1,420 at my store, before shipping
The 5005 in a GR 1 is $ 1,275 at my store, before shipping

Thank you. That is very helpful. If I wanted to discuss details on shipping costs would it be best to PM or call?
You can just post your location (state/zip) here or in a PM, I can figure up delivery in 15 seconds.

Thanks. Now I just need to decide if it is worth the money to get away from the married cover.
