I came across a posting for a Kodiak sofa and a Harbison chair and ottoman. They are in Weston Tobacco leather. The only pictures I have are those on CL and those are too small to bother to post here. They are listed as: gently used with some fading of the leather from sunlight, minor scuffs, no rips, one owner. In the pictures on CL, the pieces do not look bad, actually the chair/ottoman look very good. There is some discoloration which the lady said was probably from her husband resting his head on that back cushion. The home setting looked very clean with other nice furniture in the background.
Asking price is $750 for the sofa, $500 for chair and ottoman. She said they were purchased in 1999. Seems like that's pretty old, but I know H & M are well built.
She is supposed to be sending some additional photos of the cushions and discolored area. If they arrive, I can post them.
Just wondered about the price based on the age.
Thanks
There is no way to accurately evaluate without detailed photos, sorry.

I think I was able to enlarge the photos from craigslist a little (at least they look larger on my machine ) See if these might help with a value determination.
I have not received the additional photos yet.

It looks worn, but not worn out. Worth a look in person and if you like it, negotiate. Be aware that cushion core replacements are expensive, don't plan on doing that. If the cores are sacked out, have her order new ones as the original owner from her selling dealer if she is willing to do that.

I need to replace one cushion on my Hancock and Moore sofa. I am not the original owner and do not have a dealer close by. There is a number written on the original cushion (1225C) and I have paperwork with the cushion # as RU1225C. I would appreciate any help that you can give me.
