That photo is pretty bad, you're right! Those look well-used and a bit aged.
The smaller chair appears to be a H&M # 1021 Woodbridge Recliner, and the larger one a # 1026 Royal Hi-Leg Lounger. The leather appears to be a finished hide but that's about all I can tell from that photo.
Cushion cores are shot on both and need replacement. If that person selling them is the original owner of the pieces, he can get free replacements from H&M upon request and should do so, as a core set currently costs about $ 200 per chair if they had to be purchased.
