I have never had a Hancock & Moore sectional go to $ 20K, and I've sold hundreds of them. Most will be $ 9K to 13K.
Smith Bros uses no-sag springs, myself I would want 8-way Hand-tied Coil Structure.
$ 6K will get you a mid-level fabric sectional, but nothing really decent in a leather sectional using quality components. Bradington Young you can into for around $ 7K to $ 8K. I like it better than Smith Bros however its not Hancock and Moore build.
