Yes Duane, I exercise. Daily. Mostly aerobic, but also some weight lifting.

I also work a sometimes physical job & am on my feet all day. I'm just now in my 40s & realizing my body can't take what it used to just 5 years ago.

I've always slept on the softest mattress I could find, with a down feather bed on top of the mattress & all down pillows & comforter. That's just what I like.

My gma has the hardest mattress I've ever slept on in her guest bedroom & I despise it with the power of 10,000 suns. Lol

I've heard of firm support mattresses that also have pillow tops, maybe that's something I need to take a look at?

But ok, I'll try this experiment & see if there's any improvement. It's weird because I've had this exact set up when I bought the mattress 2 years ago, but only recently within the past few months the stiffness & aches in the morning. They go away once I'm up & moving, but it's pronounced stiffness & I have no issues with bones or muscles, or any health related things like that.
