I'm sorry, I missed the part that you wanted it to recline as well. A few of the recliners, always wall-hugger models, can be fitted with a rocker or swivel glider base. For example, look at this # 3032 Austin Wall Hugger:

To 'break the code' at H&M, when it becomes a # 3132, they put a rocker base on it. When it becomes a 3732 it gets a swivel/glider base on it. Use that code on all the wall-huggers and you can figure out what's available in a given style.
