Good eyes....You could get a job selling H&M! Yes, that's the Illusion which is actually one of the most price-friendly sofas in the entire line.

Duane, do you recall the leather and color on the Illusion sofa? If so, I'll add it to the photo index sticky.

Oh no....you mean at Market? Not a clue, I look at thousands of pieces in an 8 hour period!

My memory is so sharp, that yesterday I left the store keys at home on the kitchen counter. Had to open almost an hour late by the time I made a round-trip back to go get them.

This is also why its so important to check over the details anytime you order a piece of furniture long distance, regardless of the dealer. You may talk to a dealer about a hundred options and somewhere in the conversation say 'that's what I want', but if the dealer forgets part of that conversation (and sometimes I am guilty of that) and you don't see it on the Special Order form acknowledgment, then its not going into your build. Then when the furniture arrives two to three months later without the tweak you wanted and you call them back and say "Remember what we talked about?" Ahhhhh......no. That was 1,147 sales conversations ago, what does the Special Order form say? The written document is the guide, just like a contract. Don't put faith in memories!
