Thread: Very busy time

I can't answer the phone the last day or two of a big Hancock and Moore Sale Period, folks. Sorry - there is not enough of me to go around. With people in the store and orders pouring in via email, I have to let the phone go to Voice Mail. I made it through Saturday.....whoo-hooo! I cannot remember a busier time than last week. Between new orders coming in and selling off floor inventory I was over-whelmed. Things have calmed down now, so I'm answering the phone again and responding to emails quicker. The sales volume on new Hancock and Moore orders this past week was SIX TIMES the normal volume I do with a H&M sale period. It was crazy.

Even now as I type this, our Transit and my delivery team is on its way to Northern New Jersey with a truckload of furniture and accessories to deliver around noon today.

I will have more time now to add in more photos of closeout invenotry as well.

If you have time I would be interested in seeing any lamps you have left.

I have far too many lamps to sell! In fact, I went to Costco to buy folding tables to set them on as otherwise they would be on the floor as the furniture sells down. I probably have forty in the store. However, I can’t get into shipping them because I have no lamp boxes and they require two, one for the shade and one for the lamp body. Buying boxes, packing them so they don’t break, and shipping larger boxes would add to much to the buy cost, pretty much these are for local pickup only.
