Thread: Asking for Asssistance Identifying Age/Functionality/Wood on this Chest

My wife purchased this small chest and we would like to know if this is truly an antique, and if so, some guesses about when it was made, area is was made, and the type of wood.
I have tried to use images to do a reverse search on the interwebs and I cannot find another chest like this with wooden wheels.
