It's one-of-a-kind, carved from a natural root, but I suspect you mean something similar? This guy is in the U.K., but scroll down to the fourth piece listed here. I see any number of people who make furniture out of carved roots, but few seem to do that sort of clean, interior cut-out.
I'd suggest you ask them to get one for you. They are obviously artisian-made, and why should they share the maker's name with you? So you can try to go direct to the maker to buy? I don't think so....
