Hello!
We are looking to purchase a new sofa and chair for our rental condo in Jackson Hole. Leaning towards leather for its durability, something that has a modern mountain look, and both for less than $6000 max. What are the best options for a rental property that don’t break the bank but also provide something that will last? It is a pet free condo but is rented frequently all year.
Thanks in advance!
With the budget limitation you have I would probably steer you to Hooker Furniture, these will be imports. Without knowing what your unit looks like, or what it rents for, its hard to make recommendations. Jackson is pretty affluent, so you don't want to "under-furnish" the unit if you have a four or five star property. Guests will expect the furnishings to match the rental price - again, not enough information.

Hooker just rolled out a new "Big Sky" collection catching onto the Yellowstone TV show vibe, it's pretty nice, we saw it at the High Point Market. It's new and not yet on their website as they don't want to advertise it until they have the first group of stock in-country, but it caught the Wyoming Vibe perfectly. These are mostly wooden case pieces with a few upholstered ones. We took a couple of photos..
