So we have been researching for weeks and been to every dealer in the area and no one has the Arrington sofa or sectional, just the tilt back chair (which was not that comfy). We love the style of the Arrington, just would like to know how it sits.
The illusion feels perfect, really, perfect, it just looks a bit plain.
Has anyone sat in both that can share how they sit differently?
Our concern with the Arrington sectional/sofa is that the back cushion wouldn't be as comfy as the illusion. With such a big purchase, we want to make an informed decision, but none of the 12 dealers around here have it.
Thanks.
Yes, the Illusion is a very plain piece in styling, it was done that way on purpose to keep the shape simple and less costly. Along with the City, its the least expensive sofa / sectional in the line.
If you like the Arrington Tilt Chair, you will like the Sectional. Comfort is totally subjective, of course.

Thanks for the response.
In your opinion, are there any other h&m sectionals that sit like the illusion?
Also, side question, what is better spring down cushions or ultradown?
Long lasting comfort is key.
Thanks in advance.
I can't say on sit value with any authority unless I have them side by side. Trying to remember how a piece sits from the Fall Market 6 months ago really isn't possible, especially when I sit on hundreds. sorry.
Again, comfort it subjective. I can't really say 'buy this cushion - its the most comfortable'. Only YOU can determine that. In most my own personal H&M pieces I get the standard core, unless its a stiffer leather, then I buy the upgraded Ultradown for the seat. Its just what I prefer. "Spring Down" cores, however, are best used in fabric pieces, not leather.
