Hi Dr- Question on the Berwind and the height of the seat - I put the chair up to what seems like it is the max height - but it is too low. I have a normal desk, and am 6'0 so I'd be surprised if it wouldn't go higher, but it appears it won't. Is there a way to extend the height. I moved that circular ring up on the thread as far as it would go-- it appears to stop at a notch. Or is there a trick I might be missing? thx! steve
From the Height specification it looks like it has a 3" range from it's lowest to highest point.

Make sure the chair is de-weighted when you adjust the height ring. I always flip 'em upside down on the carpet to do that. Trying to adjust it when upright usually won't let you get the full range.

Yes that's exactly what we did, flipped it. It was easy to adjust it, but it just doesn't go high enough. I'll check to see if 24" is what I'm getting out of it - it might just be a matter of me being used to a taller chair I sat in for like 20 years. I love the chair though, the support, leather, etc.. it's nice to have something nice that I sit in like 8 hours a day. Plus my whole office looks much better.
