Hi
I have several concerns and I'd appreciate your input.
1- my store told me my sectional is a Newcastle but I can't find this on their website nor any reference to this name. I have the 220-42 & 220-71 with 9593-91. Any idea why? Also bought a recliner glider rocker in same leather - 7411.
2- Also, they gave me a total cost, but when I asked for a piece by piece breakdown of cost, I am told "It's a package deal". I am not comfortable with this response but it's a local company run by good folks and I don't want to seem whiny but it seems like I should have this info.
Any thoughts?
Your forum is awesome!
The 220-42 and 220-71 actually is called the "Warner" series. They may use the name "Newcastle" just to make it more difficult for you to price shop it. 9593-91 is a Price Grade 4 hide (London Park). If you're looking for prices, these are mine less delivery charges (would need your city/state/zip to compute those):
220-42 in GR 4: $ 1,595
220-71 in GR 4: $ 2,309
7411 in GR 4: $ 1,539
Hope that helps!

Hi
Thanks for your info. I asked you about the "Newcastle" earlier. The pix my sales person provided me when I ordered was a copy from BY literature with pix of my pieces called "Newcastle" and the numbers are 117-71 LAF curved loveseat; 117-42 RAF Newcastle Chaise. However, on my order copy carbon it says 220-71 and 220-42. Do you think they substituted an Envision or some other model when I thought I was getting (and paid for) a regular BY product? Thx
There is no current "117" series in Bradington Young. I believe that was part of a group that was discontinued in Summer 2010.
"220" is a current series from Bradington Young. You may want to ask your dealer what's going on with all that.
