Don't do it. That's a last resort type of thing when you have your sectional sitting out in the street and have no other options. That involves cutting the frame in half, which automatically voids any kind of warranty forever. Plus its costly - you will spend $ 700 to have that done - why not take that $ 700 and put that towards making that H&M sectional as s custom so its designed to come apart rather than sawing it in half? I've done at least four customs where we made it so the pieces knock down for egress. Much better to design it into the piece rather than hack on it.
Besides,if you move, you have to have those services come in and take it apart all over. Adds more to the cost as well.
