We have an open concept living room where the kitchen/eating area is all open to the living room. The room measures 21'7" x 16'3". We have a chair and half piece that we would like to keep in the room but everything else is getting replaced. Any help is greatly appreciated in layout and what pieces etc to put in the space.
Can you post larger photos? Those are REALLY small and won't expand very much. I suggest using 8" x 10" size with resolution set at 90 dpi.

Better! I'd run a full length sofa on the wall 90 degrees to the fireplace, then a matching loveseat across the room but pulled in MUCH closer to center of the room, its too far back now. The Chair and a Half is way too big for that corner, sorry.... I'd put a standard size chair in that corner instead.

What about a sofa where the one sofa is currently and then another sofa on the wall next to it as in an L shape? And then the chair on the wall where the current love seat is at? (i have never liked that big chair but the wife wanted it so it is what it is for now). Thinking two BY 912-90 would that look wierd or should i do the couch a d the loveseat? How much longer is the sofa compared to the loveseat?
