I have a Bradington Young Reid sofa 912-90 and love seat 912-70. The sofa is 3 months old and both have the married leather. Below you will see a picture of the leather cushion from the sofa and of the love seat. The sofa leather is wrinkling badly as if it is not pulled as tightly as the loveseat.
I do not sit in one area more than the others so it is not from usage.
Is this normal? Should I contact the vendor to see if this can be addressed?
I would like to see better photos.....and the full length of the sofa cushion in a larger format.
Sometimes the cores can be underfilled. It's not a problem to have B-Y send you new sofa cores once you show them in the photos - they can order them overfilled to take up slack in the leather. OR, the best way is to send the cushions back to B-Y and that way they can make sure they come back fuller.
Yes, work through your selling dealer.

Looks fine to me...

These photos have helped greatly vs. the original ones. The sofa looks absolutely normal and the love seat looks days old with zero use. I would fully expect the love seat to ultimately look a lot more like the sofa. Thanks for sharing the concern and the photos!
We have purposely sat on the sofa and loveseat equally to see if that was the case. I think your assumption that the cores are less filled in the sofa may be correct.
Being handmade furniture, there are always variances in fit and tightness, and even dimensions. This is still an industry that makes things the way they did 100 years ago, there are no CNC machines or laser cutters out there. From what I see, those look fine, just use and enjoy.

Appearance wise, the love seat looks much better and newer than the sofa. How much did you pay for these?
Mystery solved. BY used the HR Foam cushions in the love seat and and Premier Down in the sofa. The HR Foam cushions (at least for now) look better to me but that's just my preference.
That's odd. The Build Spec on all the 912 series is Premier Down for the seats. Sounds like there was a mix-up somewhere at the factory.
