Recently my wife and I were set on buying a flexsteel Triton sectional (for the high back and larger seat) however, from reading a lot of posts on this forum I am second guessing getting one. Not because they are bad quality but it seems to me I might not be getting my moneys worth, or maybe there is something out there I could get that would be better (for my money I mean)
We are looking to spend 3500 or so on our living room furniture but I really like the idea of a reclining ends couch. However, I am worried about the life of the mechanism and the un-even wear the couch will see as a result of me using the recliner all the time. We have one kid on the way and are planning another.
I was wondering if anyone could give me recommendations on a durable/comfortable sectional (or large sofa) brand that fits within my budget? There are just so many brands its a little overwhelming
Any help would be appreciated
I don't have recommendations for brands in your budget, but I would consider getting a non-reclining sectional and use a movable ottoman or cocktail ottoman table. I believe the quality is often better if you purchase fixed pieces. This would also help with the wear issue.
That's where you want to be at $3,500. No domestic product can be had for that price point. Good luck in your search.
