That's an unrealistic request, sorry.
Average lifespan of most fabric pieces from any maker is 10 years before they need recovering/upholstery. That can be very expensive to do. typically a unit such as in the photo will take 25 yards of material @ $ 50 a yard so $ 1,250 in material (+/-) and then a labor charge of $ 600 to $ 800 from most upholstery services. Leather will last 4x longer on average so if you really want longevity, that's the route to go.
If you do plan to recover, look for a frame that is made of solid hardwood, not plywood, and has 8-way hand-tied suspension. That frame can easily go through three to four upholstery jobs with minimal suspension or frame sag.
