So sorry to hear about your loss. Pets can quickly become family members, and with a newly empty nest, it must be even harder.
Tanner is a cool name, where did you come up with that?
Actually, we got him when he was a year-old, he was bred to be a show dog and wouldn't take to the training, so the owner didn't want him. They named him, and we liked it - so it stuck! (Dog never did listen to anyone's commands his whole life)..
