Hey all!
Just purchased a very very used Hancock and Moore sleeper sofa.
It’s worn down and deff needs some repairs. My main concern is covering up the areas that have worn down with a dye or coloring balm. There are some minor tears that would be nice to get fixed.
But the main concern I have is the recoloring and touch up of the scratches.
Does H&M sell touch up kits for their products.
Honestly the leather is shot. It can be sanded down and repainted but that’s a pro job, not a DIY project, and would not be inexpensive. If the damage is only in the seat cushion have it recovered and condition the rest.

Send Pam a photo set of the seat cushion to see if she can repair it, she's the best in the industry and the one the factories go to when training their workers. If Pam can't fix it, then it can't be fixed. Then UPS the seat cushion to her.

Pam responded and said leather is not able to be saved. Best bet is to have the entire sofa reupholstered or purchase a new one.
What are some recommended sites to purchase Hancock and Moore products either brand new or gently used. We have not purchased furniture in over 15 years. I would not even know where to begin.
The Keeping Room is one of the top dealers for Hancock and Moore and ship nationwide. www.keepingroom.com. You can also get a quote via the QUOTES AND ORDERS section on the forum for a specific modal and leather choice. As far as pre-owned, that's a matter of checking the ads in your area such as Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. Recovering a piece like that would be nearly the cost of a new one.
