Just damp is all you need on your cloth, not wet.

I have a Hancock & Moore sofa purchased in 1993. The leather is Alpine Emerald. Which kit? I suspect it's a pull up leather.
No idea, sorry! I was not a dealer 30 years ago. There is no one at H&M that would know, either. Kudos that you are 30 years old on that piece and going strong with it - that's the famous H&M Quality.
You can never go wrong with the basic kit, but the pull up kit has a wax and oil rejuvenator as product that would be of no use if it’s a finished or regular aniline hide.

Hello. I just took delivery of a September sofa in Hyde Park Mocha Burnished and a Chancellor Tufted sofa in Tiburon Java. Can I treat both sofas with the same kit? Which kit would you recommend? Thanks!
Yes. Use the Pull-Up / Burnished kit @ $ 83.50 + $ 15.00 to ship.

Its not cost effective for you, sorry. Shipping would be pricey, then there are custom duties, foreign transaction fees on credit cards, and lots of paperwork. I would suggest you order leather care products from a Canadian supplier.

I understand. I will try to find a local retailer.
The Keeping Room also shows a ‘Magic Cloth’ for pull up leathers. I’ve tried searching for that item from an alternate online retailer but I can not see it outside of your site. Might you be able to provide a link to an alternate source for the Magic Cloth? Thank you.
I have no idea, I get those from Moore & Giles when I order their # 33 Conditioner

Good Afternoon Duane,
I am doing my 6 month conditioning. Authors chair in Burnished already done with the M&G conditioner. This is my first time doing the process on the Sofa and ottoman (both in Tilton Lager). I have the Kit #2 that we purchased from the store. Couple questions on using the kit:
1. The included instructions card mentions that during step 1 with the cleaner bottle that the area being cleaned will look "very wet" and then there is mention of using a hairdryer. That seems strange to me as I don't want that much liquid on there that the leather would look wet right? Can I just use the same vinegar/dish soap/water squid bottle that I used for my authors chair?
2. I am guessing the second bottle is the conditioner that is referenced on the blog. It's labelled as softener on the actual bottle in the kit. I think you said something about using another microfiber cloth instead of the included lint free cloth.
3. Last question is the protection bottle...is that the one that needs the hairdryer? And just a microfiber cloth with that?
Feel like I'll just buy burnished in the future lol...using the spray bottle and then the M&G conditioner is WAY simpler and one less pass for me to make over all the leather.
Hope you are well!!
Cheers!
