I was reading about Craig's list on the forum and did some looking around. There is an 11 year old sectional that looks great. Duanne do you know what this is? I sure wish it was something I could use but the color and configuration is wrong for my use. Is this a fair price though? (in your opinion?)

That's a real old piece. I'm guessing 20 years old. Looks well-used. I'd have to see better photos to judge value, but from what I see .... $ 1,500 is no deal at all for that.

Maybe Duanne might be able to verify this one for me but I remember that style as the "Valley".
That one is a style they had before I was even a dealer - so its OLD! I'm thinking they will never get $ 1,500 for that unit. Cushions look well-used, the style is very dated and its hard to sell a sectional in any case. If you really liked it, offer $ 900 or so.

No I don't want it. I have a thing about other people's upholstery. I will buy wood products but not upholstery. I was just curious what you thought about someone attempting to sell H&M at that price point used! I think it said 1998 was the year it was purchased.
