Yes, we recently had a no-fit delivery situation come up locally. Customer did not inform us there might be spatial issues. Plus, they wanted a special weekday evening delivery and agreed to pay an extra charge for that. End result, it would not go in, the floor model returned to the store and customer refused to pay the delivery fee as well. I still had to pay my guys $ 100 each and $ 40 in fuel, so am out $240.
And then customers wonder why stores become more strict in their policies!
